CIRIS at Clare College, Cambridge University (UK) asked CiV Digital to create a web design to support the launch of the new multi-disciplinary research center bridging religion & international studies



CIRIS a multi-disciplinary research centre based at Clare College, Cambridge aims to provide students, policymakers, and the general public with credible and engaging insights that will shape new scholarship, sound policy, and constructive debate on the role of faith in global affairs.


Cambridge Institute on Religion & International Studies (CIRIS) is a 'platform for creating synergies between rigorous analysis and strategic action on global religio-political issues. Both the University (est. 1209) and Clare College (est. 1326), its second oldest college, boast long traditions of excellence in Divinity, Politics, History, and other fields germane to the mission of CIRIS.’





The CiV Digital team worked with CIRIS to develop an overall plan for the new website including:

  • Digital Strategy

  • Target Audience

  • Web Design (UX)

  • Content Strategy

The website features photography from the campus of Clare College, Cambridge University the home of the CIRIS research center providing content and publications developed by CIRIS researchers. CIRIS also blogs about current topics and features interviews with researchers and experts on issues impacting the intersection of faith and the global political landscape.
